2025 ID Card Delay

ID cards for members of University of Michigan Health Plan, Covenant Select, and Michigan Care are being processed and should be mailed between Dec. 27 and Dec. 30. You should receive your new ID card shortly after Jan. 1, 2025.

Members that are currently active can download a copy of their new ID card from their portal account.

New members with an effective date of Jan. 1, 2025, will have access to their portal account on Jan. 1. At that point, they can create their account and download a copy of their ID card.

Member with pharmacy benefits, please note: because we have a new pharmacy benefit manager (PBM) as of Jan. 1, please remember to take a copy of your new ID card when you visit your pharmacy. If members present a card with CVS information, pharmacists will be notified that coverage through CVS is no longer active, and they will receive the new billing information from Express Scripts, Inc (ESI), our new PBM. The new billing information is below.
