Reaching Our Call Center
UM Health Plan’s Customer Service is available by telephone 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., and closed for lunch from 12:00 p.m. to 12:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, ET, excluding major holidays. The best days to call are Wednesday through Friday, if possible, due to lower call volume.
