UM Health Plan Coverage is Ending
Coverage through UM Health Plan will end Dec. 31, 2025.* We will continue to honor the terms of all current health insurance contracts for services rendered through that date.

UM Health Plan’s Customer Service is available by telephone 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, ET, excluding major holidays. The best days to call are Wednesday through Friday, if possible, due to lower call volume.
