UM Health Plan Coverage has Ended

More than 40 years ago, our local health system and a group of physicians laid the foundation for a health plan that would eventually provide quality health care to thousands of members in mid-Michigan and beyond. Despite efforts to maintain the plan, a variety of factors made it unsustainable to continue offering the high level of service our members deserve.
